How does the remote controle work?

The Bluetooth remote pairs with your phone just like wireless earbuds. Turn it on using the button on the front then go to your phone’s Bluetooth settings and select the remote (usually shows up as Horizum or similar). Once connected, press the button to take photos or start/stop video recording, perfect for hands-free content.

What is the difference between the 360º Tripod and the Extended Tripod?

Both tripods can be used on a variety of setups and let you film from different angles. The 360º Tripod has a ball joint that allows you to tilt and rotate your phone freely. The Extended Tripod also has a joint, but features a telescopic arm that gives you extra height and reach for more flexible positioning.

How does the suction tripod release tention?

The suction mount uses a vacuum-seal mechanism. To release it, simply pull the small release tab on the base, this lets air back in and breaks the seal, allowing you to safely detach it from the surface without force.

Do I need a MagSafe-compatible phone?

No! Our tripods and accessories work with all smartphones. If your phone doesn’t have built-in MagSafe (like most Androids or older iPhones), just apply the included magnetic ring to the back of your phone or case, it creates the same secure magnetic connection.

How do I return my order?

To start a return, please fill out the contact form on our website with your order number and reason for return. Our team will get back to you with the next steps and help you further.

Can I change my shipping address?

If your order hasn’t left our warehouse yet, we can update the shipping address for you, just contact us as soon as possible. Once the order is in transit, we unfortunately can’t make changes, but we’ll do our best to help resolve any delivery issues through the courier.

I can’t find the Bluetooth remote, was it included?

Yes! The Bluetooth remote is included and is stored inside the handle of the tripod. It’s designed to slide out from the bottom section. If you’re having trouble locating it, check out this quick video to see exactly where it’s hidden.

I ordered the wrong item, can I change it?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can usually update it for you, just reach out to us as soon as possible. If the order has already been fulfilled, you’re still welcome to return the item through our self-serve returns portal and place a new order for the correct one.
