Returns & Refunds

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused

  • It must be in the same condition as received

  • It must be returned in the original packaging


How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support team.

We’ll provide you with:

  • Return instructions

  • The correct return shipping address

Important Notes

  • You are responsible for arranging and covering the return shipping costs

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping proof of postage

  • Horizum is not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.


Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Support Team within 3 hours of placing it.

  • If your order has not yet shipped, we can cancel it

  • If your order has already shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, but you may still return the item once it arrives


Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product product, we’ll replace it at no cost to you.

Please contact our Customer Support Team with:

  • A clear video showing the issue

  • Your order number


Incorrect Shipping Address

Buyers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

  • If you notice an error, contact us within 6 hours of placing your order

  • Once the order has shipped, the address cannot be changed


Lost or Stolen Packages

Horizum is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your order, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.


International Orders & Fees

Buyers are responsible for all international shipping costs, including:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • Any additional fees imposed by local authorities

Horizum does not cover these charges.
