Horizum Creator Reimbursement Policy

To qualify for a full product reimbursement through our Creator Program, you must meet the following requirements:

• Purchase a Horizum product directly through our website.
• Sign up for our Affiliate Program at https://horizum.goaffpro.com.
• Post original content featuring the product (photo or video) on a public platform such as Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube.
• Include your affiliate link in your post, bio, or caption
• Generate at least 4 completed sales using your unique affiliate link.

Once all 5 steps are complete, you can submit the Reimbursement Form here:

Once verified, we will issue a full refund for the original product purchase to the payment method used at checkout.

Please note: Reimbursement requests submitted without proof of content and minimum referred sales will not be approved. We reserve the right to decline reimbursements if any part of the policy is not fulfilled.
